Accounting Administrator – FlexEl

Accounting responsibilities including matching invoices and sales tickets for coding purposes; entering invoices from vendors, and services against budget; Keeping track of contract allowances, extras, and filing accordingly; maintaining payment deadlines for invoices and statements.

Administrative support for the office staff including typing company documents and proofreading; scheduling conference calls and meetings; receiving and handling packages; purchasing office supplies answering phones and coordinating messages.

Maintaining company files and documents including legal filing such as NDAs, consulting agreements, etc.
Human resource responsibilities including processing payrolls and new hire on-boarding. Entering employee timesheets and comparing with the budget; Keeping track of contract allowances, extras, and filing accordingly; Keeping track of PTO balances for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other scientific fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position. Part-time, flexible schedule.
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a must.
    • Having IT knowledge is a plus.
